Today's Absolute Nature CBD Review explores this Texas based provider of 100% natural, unadulterated CBD products for you and your furry friends.
The CBD market is rapidly growing. Not only is the popularity of CBD oils practically exploding, conservative predictions foresee a market value of over $20 Billion by 2022. Therefore, it's not surprising that we witness cheap, imported CBD products trying to break into the market. This makes it even more difficult for the average consumer to find 100% natural products with no synthetics or genetically modified organisms.
Fast forward to our review today and you can be certain that we did our best to tell you everything you need to know about Absolute Nature CBD products.
Absolute Nature CBD Review - Summary
Price vs Value Comparison
Overall rating : 4.5 stars / 5
Absolute Nature CBD‘s goal is simple: Provide only the best 100% natural, unadulterated CBD products to enhance the quality of life for our family, friends and customers. They succeeded and earned 4 1/2 stars.
What Is Absolute Nature CBD
The Absolute Nature CBD company is a privately owned company with head quarters in Dallas, Texas, and was founded in June of 2018. The 2 founders and their team have a combined experience of over 20 years in all things natural health, fitness, natural supplements, and personal experience with cannabis-derived products as an aid to health.
Absolute Nature Mission Statement:
"Our goal is simple, provide only the best 100% natural, unadulterated CBD products to enhance the quality of life for our family, friends and customers. We feel that in this current “wild west” that the CBD industry has become, everyone deserves the right to have access to clean, quality, safe and honest products. No hiding behind jargon, hiding ingredients to the use of potentially harmful ingredients along with open and transparent reporting (COA’s).
Our ethos is to always provide all natural, ecologically friendly, clean, accurately labeled premium quality products to everyone. We absolutely stand by our products quality and potential".
Absolute Nature CBD’s sources the hemp for its products exclusively from licensed growers in the state of Colorado who are known to only use organic farming practices.
The Full Spectrum CBD Oil derived from hemp contains less than 0.3% THC, the stuff that gives 'pot heads' their high, and is 100% legal under the 2018 Farm Bill.
What Are The Absolute Nature CBD Products?
Let me remind you that the company is just a little over 1 year old, and at the time of this writing, they carry only 3 CBD products.
- Absolute Nature Full Spectrum Oil 1000 mg
- Absolute Nature Topical Salve 500 mg
- Absolute Nature Full Spectrum Oil 500 mg (for your pet)
However, they are already developing additional products to cater for a much broader section of the population, and you can expect a full assortment, including edibles, within the next 6 months.
The Absolute Nature Lab Testing Protocol
The company prides itself about the Quality, Purity & Safety of its products in general, and the 3rd-party lab testing protocol in particular. Therefore, we are compelled to high light the procedure in our review.
The production of Absolute Nature Products follows 4 strict rules:
- 3rd Party Lab Tested
- Free of Pesticides
- Non GMO (genetically modified organism)
- 100% Natural
The steps of the process:
To ensure every one of the CBD products meets established strict standards and ensure quality and purity, 3rd party lab tests are undertaken at every step of the process. All of the products have batch numbered COA’s (Certificate of Analysis.
All of the testing is done through ProVerde Laboratories as they are regarded as one of the best, accurate and reliable labs in the industry. ProVerde Laboratories is accredited in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2005.
The raw cannabis/hemp plant material is tested before processing to verify it’s not only clean and free of pesticides but meets the required standards. In addition, it must be ensured that the legal requirement of <0.3% THC at dry weight before processing has been met.
After processing, the raw CBD oils are then sent away for another 3rd party lab test for validation of purity, cleanliness, potency and overall quality.
Similarly, once the CBD products come off the production line, samples of each batch will be sent away for final batch tracked 3rd party testing to clarify the final product the customer receives meets the strict standard and is of the highest and purest quality.
How Much Do Absolute Nature Products Cost?
When talking about price, there is more to it than simply comparing two different ONE OUNCE bottles of CBE Oil Tincture, for example. A bottle on one site may be $15 cheaper than on another, but this may be because the cheaper site's oil is less potent. Therefore, it would require three drops to feel the same effect as taking one drop from the other site.
However, to really find out if you're getting 'the right bang for your buck', you need to calculate the 'price per dose' for each of the products. To calculate it, just take the price of the product divided by the total dosage in milligrams.
Instead of just telling you the price of the product, we will show you the 'price per dose'. For instance, the table below puts Absolute Nature Products just at about average compared to its competition.
Price per Dose
CBD Oil Ticture 500 mg
PpD $0.12 per mg
CBD Oil Ticture 1,000 mg
PpD $0.10 per mg
CBD Topical Salve 500 mg
PpD $0.14 per mg
The Pros of Absolute Nature CBD
Obviously, being successful for many years in the natural health & fitness business, made the entry into the CBD Oil business relatively easy and made Absolute Nature an immediate success. Here are some of the strong PROS of the company.
Use of Organically Grown Hemp
They ONLY use hemp grown on organic farms in Colorado. Above all, the growers do not use any chemical fertilizers, or insecticides.
The USDA list 5 farming practices in their standards for organic certification:
Soil Fertility: “Crops more easily resist disease, survive drought, and tolerate insects when grown in good soil.”
Seeds and Planting Stock: “Organic crop producers use organic seeds and planting stocks to protect the integrity of their crops.”
Crop Rotation: “Organic crop producers practice crop rotation (rotating the crops they grow in a field or planting bed over time) to interrupt insect life cycles, suppress soil borne plant diseases, prevent soil erosion, build organic matter, fix nitrogen, and increase farm biodiversity.”
Managing Pest, Weeds, and Disease: “Pest management on organic farms relies on the ‘PAMS’ strategy: prevention, avoidance, monitoring, and suppression.”
Maintaining Identity and Integrity of Organic Crops: “Organic crop producers are responsible for preventing contact between organic and conventionally-grown crops, as well as contact with prohibited pesticides or fertilizers.”

Use of MCT Oil as Carrier Oil
MCT stands for “medium chain triglyceride” which is made up of medium-length chains of saturated fatty acids from coconut flesh called triglycerides.
They use MTC as carrier because it is more easily absorbed by the body.
MCT improves the absorption (bio availability) of CBD because whole-plant CBD extract is fat-soluble, meaning CBD dissolves into fatty medium-chain triglycerides, and synchronizes with your system as soon as it passes through the digestive tract. MCTs travel straight from the gut to the liver and do not require bile to be broken down as longer-chain fatty acids do.
Cannabinoids break down, and they are stored in fat versus water (lipid soluble), so are best consumed with fat to increase absorption. When ingested around 70% of CBD and other cannabinoids are broken down in your liver by a process called First Pass Metabolism when not taken with MCT.
The liver sees the MCT fats as carbs and directly metabolizes the fats into energy. It does this without causing free-radicals because the liver still processes it as fat. This rapid metabolism also puts the cannabinoids to use right away. All of the potential benefits of MCTs complement what studies, research and self-made testimonials are starting to show us about CBD.
Your body absorbs MCTs more rapidly than long-chain triglycerides (LCTs), which contain more carbons in their fatty acid chains.
The effects of the Whole-Plant CBD delivered in MCT are quick acting and long lasting. The improved health benefits of delivering the oil sublingually (mucosal) will increase benefits for longer throughout the day. When the holistic effects of MCT get combined with the therapeutic benefits of CBD, users experience the full range of health benefits that CBD oils have to offer (Source)
Cons of Absolute Nature CBD
I am not sure if this really is a 'Con', but I feel I should mention it. They have only 3 products. Two, actually, because the 500 mg is a tincture also. But since it's 'pet suitable' they count it as a separate product. Personally, I can't wait for them to introduce new products, especially Gummy Bears.
Benefits of Absolute Nature CBD Products
In case you ask what the health benefits of Absolute Nature products are, I have to remind you that it is against the law to offer medical advice. However, what we can do is to suggest you search the internet for actual user reviews, or testimonials. Personally, I have published a blog post telling about my experience with CBD and how it helped me to deal with pain related to peripheral artery disease (PAD).
Conclusion to Absolute Nature CBD Review
Absolute Nature CBD has a lot of good going for them. They offer a high quality CBD oil produced in compliance with strict standards. What separates their product from others is the use of MTC as carrier oil, which not only enhances the effects of the oil, but adds a pleasant flavor to the product.
Personally, I would love to see products with higher mg content added to their product line, as well as edible CBD.
