Editorial Complaints Policy

At CBD Oil Chronicle, we take great pride in the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of our content. However, we recognize that we are not infallible, and we welcome feedback from our readers when we fall short of our high standards.

If you have a complaint about an article that we’ve published, we encourage you to contact us at complaints@cbdoilchronicle.com. Please include the following information:

Your name and contact information
The date the article was published and the title of the article
A brief description of your complaint and the specific part of the article that you believe is inaccurate or otherwise problematic
We take all complaints seriously and will investigate each complaint thoroughly. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and will provide an update on our investigation within 10 business days. If we find that we have made an error, we will correct the article promptly and publish a notice of correction. If we determine that no correction is necessary, we will provide you with a detailed explanation of our decision.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to our Editor-in-Chief by emailing editor@cbdoilchronicle.com. We will respond to all complaints within a reasonable timeframe and strive to resolve them to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
